Promotes Behavioural Change

The rating emphasizes habitual improvements such as turning off lights/fans when not needed, waste segregation at source, reducing single-use plastics, efficient water use, etc.

Simplified Documentation Process

Documentation requirements are minimal, with no need for design-stage analyses, detailed drawings, or construction-phase documentation. The focus remains on assessing the performance of existing buildings, maintenance practices, and on-ground implementation of sustainability measures.
